After seeing and experiencing the design work we completed at the homeowner’s brother’s house, our clients were inspired to pursue improvements of their own. What began as a cosmetic remodel of two top floor bathrooms ultimately evolved into a new ensuite Primary Bathroom—something the home had never had—and a relocated shared Kid's Bathroom after we presented several floor plan options.
During our initial field survey, we also identified an opportunity to reclaim approximately 60 square feet from the lower-level crawl space. With this newly "found" space, we incorporated an additional three-quarter Bathroom to support the reconfigured lower-level Family Room & Office.
