We began by modernizing the street-facing facade with a fresh color palette, a welcoming entry, and a sleek glass-and-aluminum garage door. Next, we embraced the stunning hillside views, introducing expansive new windows in the Dining/Living room and seamlessly extending the indoors to the outdoors with a spacious 500-square-foot deck. Below, we transformed over 800 square feet of previously untapped crawlspace into functional living areas, adding a cozy Family Room, a serene Bedroom, and a productive Office. Now, their forever home is complete and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
