We were engaged for full design services (architectural & interior design) to maximize the development potential for this rental property and to undertake a gut remodel of existing spaces with new finishes to attract elevated renters. Ultimately, we added 660 square feet of horizontal addition to transform this existing undersized two bedroom, one bathroom starter home into a luxurious 1,880 square foot family home with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The kitchen, living, and dining rooms were also expanded with an open modern floor plan. To support the new floor plan, the entry was relocated to other side of this corner lot.

To mirror the new contemporary interior, the exterior was also reimagined with a timeless palette of stucco, maintenance-free composite siding, crisp black windows, and a two tone paint scheme.
