In this unique residential condominium converted from a 1930's garage, we provided full design services (architectural & interior design) for a remodeled primary bathroom, a new full bathroom, new office and a new gas living room fireplace to truly change the way the owners enjoy their home.
First, the existing primary bathroom was re-imagined into a fresh natural retreat. This was all articulated through the artful curation of natural & porcelain woods - all under skylight daylighting and evening cove lighting.
Secondly, to serve the owners’ frequent guests, a graphically stunning guest bathroom has been added to the home. Take one look at the tub accent tile and you will see why we call it a “picture tile wall”.
Lastly, the previous standalone wood burning fireplace was swapped out for a gas fireplace/niche to allow for a cozy corner to relax & socialize. The new fireplace has been a big hit to say to the least & the existing living room sofa sectional shouldn’t expect to get any love until summer…
