Within the Miraloma Park historic district, we added a new 830 square foot third floor to an existing 1924 single family home. The result is a nearly 3,500 square foot multi-generational home. The addition will allow all of the primary bedrooms to relocate to the top floor and opens up the lower floors for entertainment and socializing.

Despite a discretionary review being filed during neighborhood notification, we adeptly worked with the concerned parties to avoid an actual Planning Commission meeting.
