This exterior refresh was for a 1980s three story commercial building with rotting existing wood siding & antiquated mechanical systems. We worked intimately with San Mateo planners to secure approval for over 9,000 square feet of new painted Hardie cementitious siding - in-lieu of the existing wood siding. Most importantly, we deftly navigated the process to avoided a lengthy architectural review. The building now has new life on this prominent San Mateo thoroughfare.
